Upon completion of the initial 12-month term, your membership will seamlessly transition to a month-to-month basis. This automatic renewal ensures uninterrupted service at the prevailing rate. To avoid renewal, please notify us at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. Failure to do so will result in continued membership and billing. We will send a reminder notice prior to renewal, as required by law.
To cancel your membership, contact us via phone or email. Ensure your request is made 30 days before the upcoming billing date to prevent automatic renewal. If timely notice is not provided, the membership will renew, and charges will continue until cancellation is confirmed. Our team is available to assist with any questions regarding the cancellation process.
As a member, you authorize a monthly charge of $39.99 to your chosen payment method on the 1st of each month. It is your duty to maintain an active and valid payment method. Should a payment fail, your account may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved. Persistent payment failures could lead to service termination, with the outstanding balance for the initial term becoming immediately due.
We recommend updating your payment details promptly to avoid any interruptions in service. Our billing system is designed to ensure smooth transactions, but it is crucial to monitor your account for any discrepancies. In the event of a billing dispute, please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of the charge. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Your satisfaction and continued membership are our top priorities.
All cleaning services must be scheduled in advance, with availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Members are required to book their monthly cleaning at least one week prior to the desired service date. If a member needs to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid forfeiting that month’s service. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of that month’s cleaning without refund or rescheduling options.
Membership fees for the Arcane Carpet Cleaners, LLC Monthly Membership Program are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies to all scenarios, including unused services, early termination of membership, or missed appointments. Members are responsible for fulfilling the financial obligations of their 12-month commitment, regardless of service utilization.
Arcane Carpet Cleaners, LLC limits its liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services or membership program. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Members agree that their sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue their membership.
By participating in the membership program, members acknowledge and accept these limitations of liability. Arcane Carpet Cleaners, LLC’s total liability for any claim related to the membership shall not exceed the amount paid by the member for the services in question. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from or related to this membership program will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
