The owner was GREAT! I couldn’t ask for a better carpet/rug cleaning experience. He even offered to come the same day I put in the request. We just had our carpets cleaned in the house we purchased by Ephraim and his nephew this morning. He was super communicative, personable and did an amazing job, way better than I could have imagined. I was surprised at how inexpensive it was so I gave them a huge tip!He is a no BS and genuine person. Didn’t try to upsell anything and was great at explaining the cost breakdown.I only took an after photo of my master bedroom because I was so impressed.
