By joining Arcane Carpet Cleaners’ Monthly Membership, you agree to our service terms, billing policies, and cancellation guidelines. Please review our full Terms & Conditions to understand your membership details and responsibilities.
Enrollment in our Membership Program requires a 12-month minimum commitment. Members agree to maintain their membership for at least one (1) year from the date of enrollment and to pay all associated monthly fees in full.
Early cancellation before completing the 12-month term is not permitted, and all remaining payments for the first year will remain due and payable.
In accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 598.0979, this Membership includes an automatic renewal provision. After the initial 12-month term, your Membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the then-current rate unless canceled.
To cancel, please contact Arcane Carpet Cleaners, LLC by phone or email at least 30 days before your next billing date. Failure to provide timely notice will result in automatic renewal and continued billing until cancellation is confirmed.
We will provide a clear renewal notice at the time of renewal, as required by Nevada law.
By joining, you authorize Arcane Carpet Cleaners, LLC to automatically charge $39.99 per month to your designated payment method on the 1st of each month.
It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains active and valid. If a payment fails, your account may be paused until payment is completed. Repeated failed payments may result in termination of services, with the remaining balance for your 12-month term becoming immediately due.
All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Unused or missed monthly cleanings do not roll over to future months.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting that month’s service.
Membership fees are non-refundable, including for unused months, early cancellations, or missed services.

If any bad reviews was ever left for this company it has to be a mistake. I use this company and have recommended this company to three of my neighbors. When I say they do an amazing job when it came to do my carpet just the pre-treating spray lifted all the stains out of my carpet before he even started to steam clean it. He is very professional and respectful and I highly recommend this company to anyone that asked me about getting their carpet cleaned.
